Seamless Texture - Architectural Cardboard Site Plan Texture

Back when I was in Architectural school we would build site models using foam core. We would stack / glue the on top of each other. Each level of foam core would represent ‘X’ amount of feet of elevation change on the site. It was effective and had a unique look. This is the look represented here in this texture.
